  • The company is committed to delivering projects as per the scheduled timelines. However, delays due to force majeure events, government approvals, regulatory changes, or supply chain issues will not be the responsibility of A.C. Jain Builders and Developers.

  • Any modifications requested by buyers in layout, interiors, or design will be subject to feasibility and additional costs.

  • Possession of the property will be given only after full payment and clearance of legal formalities.
